What is Product Sync?: Product Sync is a service that enhances your Odoo experience by allowing you to automatically import and synchronize product data from external CSV feeds directly into your Odoo system.
Do I need to host my Odoo with you?: No, our services enhance your existing Odoo installation regardless of where it's hosted. You maintain control of your Odoo instance while benefiting from our enhancement services.
How does Product Sync work?: You configure remote CSV product feeds in our dashboard, and our service automatically imports and synchronizes the data with your Odoo instance based on the schedule you define.
What versions of Odoo do you support?: Our Product Sync service supports the latest three major versions of Odoo, including both Community and Enterprise editions.
What does "additional Odoo instance" mean?: If you have multiple Odoo installations (e.g., for different business units or environments), each one counts as an additional instance when connecting to our Product Sync service.
